1. Who we are

Farmer CPA is an independent accounting firm with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Monroe, Wisconsin:

This policy covers farmercpa.com, the website — not our client engagement systems (see "A note on client data" below).

2. What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, the topics you're interested in, and any message you write. That submission is delivered to our team by our form processor, Web3Forms, and retained in our email system.

We use Google Analytics 4 for basic, anonymous website analytics — cookies that help us understand how the site is used, with IP anonymization turned on. We don't use this data to identify you personally.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs as part of running the site securely.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for ad targeting. And we won't add you to a newsletter unless you ask for one.

4. Your choices

You can decline cookies in your browser at any time. If you'd like a contact-form submission deleted, just reach out and we'll take care of it.

5. A note on client data

Client engagement records — tax returns, financial statements, correspondence, and everything else that makes up our work together — live in our secure client portal and practice management systems. None of that lives on this website.
